A one-time payment of ₹1 gives you one digital dot with its own Dot number, shown on the public map at an approximate location near you, together with the first name and note you choose.

A dot is a digital, decorative entry on this website. It is not an investment, a security, a crypto-asset/NFT, or ownership of any land or map area, and it has no resale or monetary value.

Your ₹1 is the sale price of that digital item, inclusive of all applicable taxes. It is not a donation, contribution, charity or fundraising payment, we do not collect money on behalf of any other person, cause, trust or organisation, and it is not eligible for any tax deduction (such as under Section 80G). Payments are processed by a licensed payment gateway. Your dot is created only after the gateway confirms the payment to our server — clicking a button alone never creates a dot. We never see or store your card number, UPI PIN or bank password. See our Refund Policy.

You sign in with Google. You must be at least 18, or use the site with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian. Keep your Google account secure; you are responsible for activity under it.

Anyone who taps your dot can see your first name, city/state, Dot number and note. Please don't write anything that:

• is abusive, hateful, sexual, violent, defamatory or harassing;
• shares anyone's phone number, address or other private details;
• promotes a business, links, scams, politics campaigns or illegal activity;
• impersonates someone else.

We may hide or edit notes and names, or remove dots, that break these rules or the law, without refund. You can report any note using the contact details above.

We use your location only with your permission. Everyone else sees your dot about 50–100 metres away from where you are, in a random direction — never your exact spot. Your exact spot stays only on your own device. See the Privacy Policy.

Map tiles are provided by CARTO and OpenStreetMap contributors. India's boundary is shown as per official maps. We may change, pause or discontinue features of the site. We try to keep your dot on the map for as long as the project runs, but we can't guarantee the site will be available forever or without interruption.

The site is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us (₹1 per dot).

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh will have exclusive jurisdiction. For complaints, contact our Grievance Officer: Rajneesh Singh, grievance@ekdiya.in.
