Refund & Cancellation Policy

₹1 lights up your dot instantly, so it's a one-time, non-refundable payment — except when something goes wrong on our side or with the payment.
1. One-time payment
Each dot costs ₹1, paid once. There is no subscription, no auto-debit and no hidden charge. Because your dot is delivered immediately after payment is confirmed, a completed ₹1 payment can't be cancelled.
2. When you get your money back
- Money deducted but no dot created (payment failed or timed out) — refunded automatically to the same UPI/card/bank account.
- Charged twice for the same dot — the extra payment is refunded.
- Our mistake — if your dot never appeared because of a problem on our side, write to us and we'll fix it or refund you.
Refunds usually reach your account in 5–7 working days, depending on your bank.
3. How to ask for help
Email hello@ekdiya.in with your Dot number (if any), the payment reference/UTR and the date. We reply within 3 working days.
4. Removed dots
If a dot is removed because its name or note broke our Terms of Use, the ₹1 is not refunded.
