Shipping & Delivery Policy

Ek Diya sells a digital product only. Nothing physical is shipped, so there are no shipping charges, no courier and no delivery address.
1. What is delivered
After your ₹1 payment is confirmed you receive the Ek Diya Dot: your numbered dot on our live map of India, your public name/city/note entry, a downloadable Dot Card image (PNG) and your personal map link. All of it is delivered inside your browser on this website.
2. When it is delivered
Instantly — usually within a few seconds of our server receiving payment confirmation from the payment gateway. Your dot appears on the map and your Dot Card is shown on screen straight away, ready to download or share.
In rare cases a bank or UPI confirmation can take a few minutes. If it does, your dot is created automatically as soon as the confirmation arrives — you do not need to pay again.
3. Where it is delivered
On https://ekdiya.in, in the browser you paid from, and on the public map for everyone. Sign in with the same Google account on any device to see your dot again. We do not need, ask for, or use a postal address.
4. Shipping charges
None. The total you pay is ₹1. There are no shipping, handling, delivery or convenience charges of any kind.
5. If your dot does not arrive
If money left your account and no dot appeared, email hello@ekdiya.in with the payment reference/UTR, the amount and the date. We reply within 3 working days and will either deliver your dot or refund you — see the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
6. International buyers
The site is intended for buyers in India and prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). Because delivery is digital, the product reaches you the same way wherever you open the site from.
